At ZM Home, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home decor arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
